However, the residence remains well served by transportation and close to numerous businesses. It is a spacious complex that provides great comfort in one’s daily life. The complex is set in a planted park, with pedestrian and bicycle paths and a beautiful fountain inside. The houses are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, burglar alarm, lcd video intercoms and laminated glass. This project was carried out with special attention paid to the choice of exterior and interior materials such as porcelain stoneware and parquet, wall-hung bathroom fixtures, and the possibility for the client to customize all finishes.
